Default Maintaining Hero Enchantments

I hope this is the correct place to post such a question. Seeing as it does deal with a hero, I think it'll probably fit.

In any case, I just started running a 600Rit/Smiter build (found on PvX). It says that you can easily run the Smiter with a hero. In the general useage category of the build, it says to have your hero maintain Holy Wrath, Retribution, and Balthazar's Spirit on the 600hp Rit. However, none of them are seeming to be maintained on my current enchantment bar.

I will admit that I am a reborn noob, and have been out of the game for awhile, so please no flaming if the answer is obvious. BUT, are those enchantments being maintained even though I can't see them? OR, is something happening or causing those 3 to not be held on my character?

I'm not sure if it matters, but my hero isn't quite to level 20 yet (I know I know...they need to be). Maybe that is my answer right there. Thought i'd divulge that piece of information just in case.

Thank you in advance!

Disable the skills on your heroes bar and manually apply them to yourself.

If you put the enchantments on you manually (without disabling his/her skills first). He/she will remove them.

if u wish to manually remove the maintained enchantments, u can either un-disable the skill so that the hero removes it himself, or u can double click the little enchantment icon under the hero's command window. just incase u didn't know that either ;-)

Thanks for all the responses everyone! I realized a bit after I posted that I probably should have directed my question in another area of the forum, seeing as this is more for builds, so sorry about that. But i guess it was a question about how to utilize a hero build...lol, so i'll go with that.

Thanks to all!
